For kids 8+ at the start of their parkour journey. These classes focus heavily on mastering the basics, learning safe landings and developing fine and gross motor skills, all while having fun

For kids 8+ who've mastered the basics and are ready for more advanced skills. With a focus on navigating risk wisely, living a healthy lifestyle and respecting the environments you train in

For teens aged 13-17, these classes are focused on high intensity and personal progression. We also go deeper into the philosophies of parkour, leadership skills and being part of a community.

For adults 18+ looking to learn parkour, train hard and be a part of a supportive community. These classes focus on making you strong and fit, whether at a beginner or advanced level
